Condor Footwear (India) Limited formed in 1995 is a joint venture between Italian giant Condor Trade S.R.L. and Adnani Brothers having its manufacturing facilities in Surat, Gujarat and Agra, U.P. in India. The company is into manufacturing of direct injected polyurethane slippers and sandals for all genders in synthetic as well as leather. It is also into manufacturing of synthetic as well as leather articles with cemented/pasting production. The company has a technological advantage directly from its foreign partners in Italy M/s. Condor Trade S.R.L. Company’s three major brands are “Aerowalk”, “Inblu” and “Chips” and loved by the consumers across the world.

Job Description

1. Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model
2. Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
3. Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability
4. Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with co-operation of the respective sales department in the respective regions
5. Forecast annual, quarterly & monthly sales revenue
6. Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and Business Development Officer
7. Ensure quality of distributor activities and service of Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers across region
8. Responsible for Marketing and Sales works through Business Development Officer, Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers to achieve targeted market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives
9. Periodically review distributor performance through Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Manager and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps
10. Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share
11. Conduct regular meeting with sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy
12. Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from Sales team and also distributor feedback
13. Motivate and monitor sales representatives in respective zone and distributors on marketing and sales activities
14. Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information
15. Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability
16. Other Jobs as assigned by respective Director or any other authorised person
17. Submit Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports, general information and recommendations to the board of directorsSalary: INR Desirable candidates can be considered for higher salary
