About ShoeKonnect ( ShoeKonnect is a fast growing (100X in last 6 months) and well-funded startup to bring the digital revolution in the USD 17 Bn Indian footwear sector. Our operations are currently PAN India focused on tier – 1 and 2 cities and are looking to scale up to serve the tier-3 and 4 towns in upcoming months. ShoeKonnect is backed by India’s first publicly listed internet company Info Edge (parent company of and early investors in the likes of Zomato and Policybazaar.

About the Internship: Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing a portfolio of key accounts and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
2. Maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building and account management
3. Identifying and assessing e-commerce client’s critical needs
4. Managing high revenue generating e-commerce clients
5. Attending meetings with e-commerce clients
6. Being a single point of contact for priority customers and resolving their critical issues
7. Responding to the client’s communications or queries
8. Keeping all business parameters up to date according to market trend and competitor’s activities
9. Managing time and projects effectively
10. Up-selling and cross-selling in the existing client list
11. Assisting with establishing the forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
12. Working together with colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales without compromising the quality of work

Who can apply:

  1. Only those candidates can apply who are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 16th May’19 and 15th Jun’19
  3. are available for duration of 6 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests

Certificate, Job offer (On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum).
