Responsibility:

1. Will be responsible for the Production of Sports Shoe- Cut to Pack.

2. He will be managing the Raw Material, Production Lines and workforce in the Production Unit.

3. Will ensure the timely production of the “Sports Shoe” to meet the buyers requirements.

4. Will be responsible to make daily and monthly production reports and submitting it the the Management.

Required skills:

1. Should be from Sports Shoe Industry

2. Should be target oriented and have skills to manage the work force.

3. Should have relevant degree in Footwear manufacturing
